Our company was established in 1992. For more than 20 years, our company has specialized in the production of radiators and surface coolers of various specifications. With the advancement of science and technology, our company introduced and independently developed stainless steel laser welded fin tubes in 2014.
Our Factory
Our company was founded in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province in 1992, the current production base is located in Zhoutie Town, Yixing City. The company covers an area of more than 15,000 square meters, with modern office buildings and high standard manufacturing plants. The company has strong technical force, complete production and testing equipment, standardized production.
Our Product
This finned tube is fully automated and mechanized due to the welding process. The fins and base tube are penetrated and welded using the laser principle. The penetration depth is ≤0.2mm. The heat transfer coefficient is greatly improved. The technological content and quality of the product are superior to traditional high-frequency welding. Fin tube is an upgraded product of high-frequency welding. It has a high welding rate and is suitable for working conditions where hot and cold exchanges are frequent. Because the fin distance can reach ≤1.8mm, the heat dissipation area is 50% larger than that of traditional high-frequency welded fin tubes. Above, the volume of the combined equipment is reduced by two-thirds. Because the fin thickness is ≤0.5mm, it reduces material by more than 50% compared with traditional high-frequency welded fin tubes. It has no wrinkles, is easy to clean, and has excellent product quality. There are currently 6 sets of laser welding machines with an annual production capacity of 500,000 meters.
